Ingredients
- 400 g sour cream (25–30%)
- 150 g dark chocolate (or milk chocolate)
- 100 g heavy cream
- 15 g gelatin
- 100 g tea biscuits
- 2 packs cherry-flavored jelly
- 300 g frozen cherries
- 50 g sugar
- 8 g cornstarch
Instructions
- Prepare jelly using half the recommended water, let set, then cut into pieces.
- Cook cherries with sugar and starch, boil and simmer 2 minutes → cool.
- Melt chocolate, cool slightly.
- Bloom gelatin in cream, then dissolve.
- Mix sour cream with chocolate until smooth.
- Add gelatin, mix again.
- Fold in jelly cubes and broken biscuits.
- Pour into mold, chill overnight.
- Top with cherry mixture before serving.
