Frozen Banana Yogurt

**Preparation time:** about 10 minutes  

**Freezing time:** 1 hour  

**Quantity:** about 1 litre (4 cups)

Ingredients:

– 750 ml (3 cups) frozen sliced bananas

– 500 ml (2 cups) 2% plain Greek yogurt

– 125 ml (½ cup) sugar

– 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract

– 2.5 ml (½ tsp) ground cinnamon

– 4 butter cookies (or similar type), broken into pieces (optional, for serving)

#### Instructions

1. In an electric mixer, combine the frozen banana slices, yogurt, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.

2. Transfer the mixture to a container suitable for freezing. Cover and freeze for 1 to 2 hours.

3. At serving time, garnish with pieces of butter cookies.

**Caramelized banana slices**  

Slice 1 banana into rounds. Sprinkle with 15 ml (1 tbsp) sugar. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook in a little butter until caramelized. Serve warm over the frozen yogurt, optionally with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
