Ingredients
Base:
- 300 g biscuits (sandwich-style recommended)
- 50 g butter
Cottage Cheese Layer:
- 640 g cottage cheese (room temp)
- 310 g caramel (e.g., dulce de leche)
- 100 g sour cream (20–30%)
- 130 g butter
- 12 g gelatin + 72 g cold water
Top Layer:
- 250 g caramel
- 5 g gelatin + 30 g water
Instructions
- Crush biscuits, mix with melted butter, press into pan.
- Bloom gelatin for both layers.
- Blend cottage cheese, caramel, sour cream, and melted butter until smooth.
- Add melted gelatin, mix, pour onto base.
- For topping: mix melted gelatin with caramel (warm slightly if needed).
- Pour on top and refrigerate overnight.
Best served slightly softened at room temperature.
