Ingredients
Base:
- 450 g Oreo cookies
- 80 g butter
Cottage Cheese Layer:
- 800 g cottage cheese
- 400 g white chocolate
- 300 g heavy cream (30–35%)
- 4 g gelatin + 24 g water
- 160 g butter
- 150 g Oreo cookies (chopped)
Strawberry Layer:
- 400 g strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 40 g sugar
- 20 g cornstarch
- 25 g butter
Instructions
- Mix crushed Oreos with butter, press into pan.
- Bloom gelatin.
- Melt chocolate with hot cream, add gelatin.
- Blend with cottage cheese and melted butter until creamy.
- Fold in chopped Oreos, pour over base, chill.
- Cook strawberries with sugar and starch until thickened (2 min after boiling).
- Add butter, cool, spread on cake.
- Chill overnight.
