Ingredients:
- 500 ml (2 cups) strawberries, quartered
- 250 ml (1 cup) heavy cream (35% fat)
- 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
- 80 ml (⅓ cup) sugar
Instructions:
- In a blender or food processor, blend the strawberries, cream, vanilla, and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the remaining strawberries and give a few quick pulses to leave some chunks if desired.
- Divide the mixture evenly into 12 popsicle molds. Insert sticks and place in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours, or until completely frozen.
