Ingredients:
– 500 g blueberries
– 30 cl water
– violet syrup
Instructions:
1. Mix the blueberries and water in a blender to obtain a smooth, fluid preparation.
2. Add the violet syrup to the preparation to obtain a more violet color (adjust the amount of syrup to taste / for a stronger violet effect).
3. Pour the blueberry coulis into the molds and insert the sticks.
4. Place in the freezer for the time required for the popsicles to set firmly.
**OUR TIPS **
* You can pump the blueberries in the molds for a pretty marbled effect: add the colored streaks in the blueberry preparation by pressing a little colored syrup (or more colored fruit) into the molds before freezing.
* You can also color your popsicles more intensely: add a small amount of coloring powder to the preparation during the blending stage, then insert the sticks.
* Trace the length of your molds with violet streaks to create a pretty violet effect on the finished popsicles.
