INGRÉDIENTS

Yield: 20 mini bunnies
Ingredients:
40 chocolate sandwich cookies (about 450 g), finely crushed
120 g sweetened condensed milk (about 1/2 cup)
300-350 g yogurt melting wafers
40 candy eyes (20 pairs)
20 mini marshmallows (tails)
Optional: pink candy melts or fondant for ears
Instructions:

INSTRUCTIONS
Crush cookies into very fine crumbs using a food processor.
Mix in condensed milk until a moldable dough forms.
Shape 20 small bunny bodies (about 2 cookies per bunny).
Chill shaped bunnies in freezer for 30 minutes until firm.
Melt yogurt wafers in microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each.
Dip each bunny fully to seal. Tap off excess coating.
Before coating sets, attach candy eyes and marshmallow tail.
Let set completely at room temperature.
10 Store in airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 14 days.
Estimated Shelf Life: Up to 14 days when fully coated and stored properly.
